About In Their Own Write

If you’re interested in writers and writing, this site is for you. I’ve been excited by books and the magic of story telling ever since I learnt to read and knew I wanted to be a writer from an early age. Thanks to natural ability, hard work and dogged persistence, I did achieve my goal and am pleased to have had a number of  children’s books  published, along with many poems and short stories. I also made my living as a writer during a long career in journalism. Other writers’ stories continue to fascinate and inspire me. Here they can share them and showcase their latest publications. –Teena Raffa-Mulligan

  1. What a wonderful site. To ask people to share their individual “Gifts” with us is delightful. All of us have an inner artist and to be able to express it is the flower.

  2. Thank you, Teena. I should have explained that on April 1st last year, I couldn’t get to my computer because I had a fall and was in hospital. Afters I had rehab for several months. I’m still seeing a physiotherapist. In spite of all that another book of mine has been published this year. God Bless.
